On 14th June 2022 we organised the second SmartFood co-design workshop. The aim of the event was to collect needs, preferences, and opinions of potential final users about the planned SmartFood innovation. Similarly to the previous one, the workshop was divided into three thematic sessions moderated by sectoral scientific experts. Highly interactive working sessions allowed participants to share their feedback and ideas about the following SmartFood components:

1) SmartFood Insects: a module for edible insects breeding, allowing for production of sustainable proteins.

2) SmartFood App: an application that will support participants in the production of food in SmartFood Cabins.

3) SmartFood Diary: how project participants will monitor and report their food production achievements in SmartFood Cabins.
